Flow And Leveling Additives

Borchi®Gol high-performance flow and leveling additives are modified polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and acrylic type additives that reduce the surface tension of coatings and improve flow, substrate wetting and slip. The advantage is the elimination of surface defects such as fish eyes and shrinkage cavities. Many surface defects are related to surface tension. By adjusting surface tension, most surface defect problems can be solved.
