Job Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for market development and sales of finished coatings and high-end industrial coatings, formulating and implementing personal sales plans, and achieving sales targets assigned by the company.
2、Developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and establishing a stable customer network.
3、In-depth understanding of market demand, collecting market trends, competitor information and customer feedback, reporting to the company in a timely manner and putting forward reasonable suggestions.
4、In charge of negotiation, signing and follow-up of sales contracts, ensuring timely collection of payments and smooth progress of the sales process.
5、Assisting the company in product promotion activities (such as exhibitions, investment promotion meetings, technical seminars, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and market share.
6、Providing customers with professional product consultation, technical support and after-sales service, solving problems encountered during product use and improving customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
1、College degree or above; majors in Marketing, Chemical Engineering or related fields are preferred. Candidates with 3–5 years of sales experience in finished coatings and related industries are highly preferred.
2、Familiar with the finished coatings / high-end industrial coatings market, understand industry development trends and relevant product knowledge, and have the ability to independently develop markets.
3、Possess good communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service awareness and teamwork spirit; able to work under pressure and adapt to business trips.
4、Have a clear sense of sales targets, be proactive and responsible, with strong learning ability and market insight.
5、 Holding a driver’s license and being proficient in driving is preferred.
