"Kastar aims to better implement enterprise safety production, improve emergency response capabilities, enhance employees' awareness of fire prevention and fire safety, ensure that employees can protect their own lives, health, and safety in emergency situations, prevent sudden fire accidents, and effectively safeguard employees' lives and the company's property losses.

At 1:30 pm on January 10th, all employees of Kastar Shanghai headquarters joined hands with Minhang Fire Department to carry out a fire emergency drill activity.

With the urgent sound of the alarm, the fire drill officially kicked off. All personnel in the laboratory and office responded actively and evacuated from the fire escape route in an orderly manner.

The relevant person in charge organized the evacuation of personnel while closing the fire doors on this floor to quickly spread the fire. Employees covered their mouths and noses, bent down and lined up, and quickly evacuated along the escape route against the wall.

After evacuating to a safe area, each department counts the number of personnel and never misses any one, taking every employee seriously and responsibly.

Fire Safety Classroom

For this exercise, we are fortunate to have invited teachers from Minhang Fire Department to explain the basic knowledge of daily fire prevention inspections, checks, evacuation and escape, as well as the use and precautions of fire equipment, based on recent fire cases. We call on everyone to further strengthen their sense of responsibility, prevent and resolve fire safety risks, and learn and master necessary fire safety knowledge and skills.

After the explanation and demonstration, employees can carry out practical operation of fire-fighting equipment, carry out fire extinguishing operations on simulated fire points on site, strictly follow the four step standard of "lifting, pulling, holding, and pressing" to use fire extinguishers, consolidate the learning achievements of early fire extinguishing in practice, and give everyone a more intuitive understanding of the use of fire extinguishers.

Fire safety awareness in mind

The teachers of Minhang Fire Department fully affirmed the entire drill and hoped that through this drill, the deep connection between the local government and enterprises could be further deepened, and the fire management level and emergency response capabilities of both sides could be improved and elevated to a new level.

The responsibility for fire safety is heavier than Mount Tai.
