Sales Manager / Sales Representative

● Responsibilities

1.Proficient in additives for coatings, inks, metal surface treatment, adhesives, sealants, etc., in the chemical industry.

2.Identify and explore client needs; maintain client relationships; collaborate with superiors to ensure achievement of annual sales targets.

3.Participate in major sales negotiations and contract signings within responsibilities; enhance key account relationships.

● Locations

Shunde, Xiamen, Changzhou, Jinhua, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Tianjin, Changsha, Wuhan, Chengdu.

➤ Overseas Sales

● Responsibilities

1.Familiar with additives for coatings, inks, metal surface treatment, adhesives, sealants, etc., in overseas chemical markets.

2.Identify and explore client needs; maintain client relationships; collaborate with superiors to ensure achievement of annual sales targets.

3.Participate in major sales negotiations and contract signings within responsibilities; enhance key account relationships.

● Locations

1.Changzhou, Shunde, Changsha, Qingdao, Chengdu (responsible for Southeast Asia & other overseas markets).

2.Bangkok Branch, Vietnam Branch, Indonesia (for local candidates).

➤ Technical Support

● Responsibilities

1.Provide technical support and application development for coatings, inks, adhesives, sealants, metal surface treatment, etc.

2.Conduct technical communication with clients; assist in product application and R&D; optimize formulations; offer technical consultation.

3.Test formulation solutions per client requirements to identify optimal approaches; standardize procedures and promote solutions.

● Requirements

1.Degree in chemistry or related field.

2.≥3 years of industry-specific technical experience.

3.Strong practical, logical, and communication skills; resilience; teamwork spirit.
