As night fell, the Kastar Annual Gala commenced in a jubilant atmosphere. A red carpet unfurled under glistening lights, where every member of the Kastar Family, dressed in elegant attire, gathered for commemorative photos at the check-in area, faces lit with beaming smiles.

Thoughtfully prepared icebreaker games sparked enthusiasm, with lively participation from all. Laughter and cheers intertwined, composing a joyous prelude to the evening’s festivities.

Annual Gala & Year-End Awards Ceremony

The awards ceremony stood as a defining highlight of the event. Awardees held their trophies with pride and joy, embodying Kastar's brightest stars of the past year. Through exceptional performance and unwavering dedication, they have made outstanding contributions to the company's growth. These honors not only recognize their individual and team achievements but also inspire all employees to pursue excellence in the year ahead.

Vendor Awards Session

The MILLIKEN BORCHERS team took the stage and presented the Borchers Program Best Team, Best Individual, and Best Breakthrough awards to Kastar employees.

PULCRA team delivered a speech on stage and presented the Outstanding Sales Performance Award to Kastar Chemical Fiber team.

Kaistar Awarding Session

CLARIANT team took the stage to give a speech and present the Best Newcomer Award to Kastar employees. The winners were: Hua Shuo, Shi Wenfeng and Qin Ying.

SIBELCO team delivered a speech on the stage and awarded the excellent employee awards to Kastar employees. The excellent employee awards were given to: Dai Jian Ping, Yan Jing, Li Baichuan, Qi Xiaoyan, and Wang Xu.

Mr. He Jianquan, General Manager of Kastar, presented the Most Potential Award to the staff of Kastar, and the winners were: Wang Hao and Pan Yingliang.

He Qing, General Manager of Business of Kastar West and North, delivered a speech on stage and awarded the Best Progress Award to Kastar employees. The winners were: Gong Weiji and Qu Zhengdao.

The BRUNO BOCK team took the stage and presented the Outstanding Contribution Award to Kastar employees. The winners were: He Qing and Xu Yangyang.

Dazzling Performances

The annual gala reached its climax with spectacular cultural shows. Employees from all departments took the stage, showcasing talents through lion dances, singing and dancing performances, cosplay acts, and even a lively "Pepe the Frog" segment that handed out red envelopes to the audience! Shedding their professional demeanor, the performers radiated energy and charm, delivering an audiovisual feast that electrified the entire venue!

After an intense voting competition, the winners have been determined: 

First Prize: Reaction Exotherm Band (for their outstanding musical performance)  

Second Prize: Dance Performance "Flower Guardians"  

Third Prize: Choral Performance "Stubborn"

The giant screen began to flash as names scrolled by like twinkling stars, making hearts race. Who would be the lucky one?

Treasure Hunt in Nanxun Ancient Town

The next day, we arrived at the renowned Nanxun Ancient Town—often praised as "Ninety-nine Jiangnan water towns pale in comparison to a single stroll through Nanxun"—to kick off a thrilling and fun-filled treasure hunt team-building activity.

Stepping into the ancient town felt like traveling through a time tunnel, transporting us to the poetic era of "small bridges, flowing water, and charming households." The whitewashed walls, black-tiled roofs, bluestone-paved paths, and timeless arched bridges exuded the historical charm and gentle allure of Jiangnan's water towns.

Divided into groups, each team received a mysterious treasure map and a mission list, which included: quizzes on the town’s cultural heritage, hunting for specific historical landmarks or scenic spots to complete check-in challenges and creative tasks tied to Nanxun’s local traditions.

The activity tested not only the teams’ knowledge and observation skills but also demanded teamwork, strategic planning, and efficient execution.

As teams weaved through the town’s alleys, they interacted with locals, delving into Nanxun’s history, customs, and folklore—turning the hunt into a vibrant cultural exchange.

After hours of lively competition, teams regrouped, weary but radiant with accomplishment. The winners were crowned based on task speed and treasure chest coins, earning cheers, hugs, and prizes. Other teams, though not victorious, celebrated the joy and camaraderie forged during the adventure—the real treasure of the day.
